So, how is our quest for a more engaged world looking so far?
Since 2014 we have been lucky to hit quite a few milestones which we're proud of.
From fortune 500 companies with rich history, through thriving startups tackling the challenges of today, to NGOs passionate about solving issues of tommorow. We are lucky that we could add a helping hand in their effort to make this world a better place, by helping them to become better companies in the first place.
Whenever you needed nudge to the right direction, consult your minor or major challenges, or have us to analyse, create and deliver the whole solutions right at your doorstep, we were there, happy to create meaningful impact.
Bringing life to corporate training in finance? Changing the status quo in gas and oil industry? Provide new perspective for auto-motive? Tackling the e-health issues of tommorow? We were lucky enough to prove that no matter the industry, when it comes to human nature, we all can thrive from a well (game) designed solutions.
Our gamified campaigns, and custom designed tabletop games changed the way, how people receives informations, interact with each other, acquires new habits and align with company values. So far, through 10 custom built designs, showed us, that when you need to cut the time of the onboarding day, make people more engaged in your values.
We used game design and behaviour science to build digital solutions that empowers candidates and employees to fit into the company’s culture more easily, so you don’t just get their skills, but their hearts as well. Oh, and did we mention it saves time and costs for you as well?
We understand that time and attention is a highest priced comodity these days. That’s why we focus on building micro learning interactions, that can still deliver desired outcomes, while don't rob you, or your colleagues from your daily routine and tasks. We think, that often continuous steady grow is better than one-time push-over. Quick interactions, instant feedback, reasonable challenges makes a game design mix that allowed us to introduce employees ideas of change management, present new strategic goals or help call centers to operate more effectively.
Gamification can be a wild beast to tame, so we developed an interactive workshop, in which basics and ratio of gamification is explained. After the workshop, you are able to see world through lenses of gamification designer, and apply these optics to your very own challenges. We are happy that after 5 years, more than 30 workshops, 20+ keynotes talks we hope we can say that we have have contributed to shape gamification market into the state where companies are not asking “what the heck is gamification” but instead. “how could this gamification help us improve”?
